The Role As Head Chef, you’ll take full ownership of BOH operations, including: Leading, training and developing your kitchen team Delivering consistent, high-quality food across all service periods Managing food and labour costs in line with targets Menu planning and seasonal updates Stock control, ordering and supplier management Maintaining food safety and compliance standards Driving a positive, high-performing kitchen culture What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens Strong financial acumen (food cost, labour and budgeting) Ability to lead from the front and build a cohesive team Excellent organisational and communication skills Passion for quality pub-style food and consistent service Why Join Us?
